Sigma, a British drum and bass DJ duo comprised of Cameron James “Cam” Edwards and Joseph Aluin “Joe” Lenzie, has made a significant mark on the music scene since their meeting at Leeds University. Their journey began in the vibrant drum and bass nights, setting the stage for a partnership that would bring them to the forefront of the genre. They first gained attention with their collaboration on DJ Fresh’s 2010 track ‘Lassitude’, which made a modest impact on the UK Singles Chart. However, it was their standalone efforts like ‘Nobody to Love’, a rework of Kanye West’s ‘Bound 2’, that catapulted them to stardom, earning them their first UK number-one hit, followed by ‘Changing’ featuring Paloma Faith, which also topped the charts.
